Shipping policy

  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
    • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 4–8 business days
  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or high demand periods.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp.
  • You can use this link to track your order in real-time.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.
  • If the delivery fails due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Unavailability of the customer
      The order may be returned to us.

  • Dreamy Urban is not responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect information.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
    • Share order details, invoice, and product images
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

8. Shipping for Returns

  • For defective or incorrect items, return shipping will be handled by us.
  • For other cases (if applicable), customers may need to arrange return shipping at their own cost.
