Return Policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for incorrect or defective items only. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Procedure:

1. Initiate Return: Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Provide Details: Share your order number, reason for return, and photos of the invoice and product, especially if the item is damaged.

3. Return Shipping: If the return is due to personal preference (not applicable for incorrect or defective items), send the unused product within 36 hours of receipt as a prepaid courier (shipping costs borne by the customer). Notify us via WhatsApp to track the return.

4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will process a refund for items in good condition.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as carpets (including those in the “Buy One Get One” category), are non-returnable. For live pictures of products, contact us on WhatsApp.

Exchange Policy

Incorrect or Defective Items: If you receive incorrect, incomplete, or damaged products, Urban Next will cover the exchange shipping costs. Please note that due to the handmade nature of some items, slight size or colour variations are considered normal.

Buy One Get One Orders: No returns or exchanges are accepted for “Buy One Get One” orders.

Cancellation Policy

Processing Time: We strive to dispatch orders within 8 hours of receipt. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Partial Cancellations: We do not accept partial order cancellation requests; the entire order must be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 4-8 working days of receiving the return request and authorization. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline: After initiation, refunds may take 4-8 days to reflect in your account, depending on banking and payment gateway processes.

Mode of Refund

Original Payment Method: Refunds for cancelled orders and returned products (due to incorrect, defective, or wrong sizes) will be credited back to the same account used for the original purchase.

Customization Orders

Non-Returnable: Customized orders are not eligible for exchange or replacement.
